HCM Process and Forms - Giving Dump CX_HRPA_VIOLATED_PRECONDITION while using Flush method in AGS

Hi Experts,

I am facing an issue in my following requirement :

Need to Update 0041 Infotype through Process and Forms, As BS SAP_PA does not suit my requirement.

So, I was using Flush method inside Advanced Generic Services .Inside the flush method, I tried using FM 'HR_INFOTYPE_OPERATION' . I was getting a short dump  stating CX_HRPA_VIOLATED_PRECONDITION exception.

Alternatively, I tried the FM 'HR_CONTROL_INFTY_OPERATION' as mentioned by Chris in many of the discussions and blogs he have written.

But it also does not sort out my issue.

Please help me out..
