Problem in Script

Hi,

I have a script which displays a purchase order.In this script i have 3 pages and 15 windows and the windows are assigned to pages.

The problem is that one window is being called twice(i.e in WRITE_FORM and CLOSE_FORM  functions) without calling it explicitly. Can any one suggest me why the window is called twice??I am not clear why it is being called in close_form though it is not a footer window.
