Is there a standard Shop Floor Report or Logistics Information Systems (LIS) Report you can use for Schedule Adherence (some companies call this “Schedule Compliance”)?
We want to compare the Planned Order End date to the Actual Finish Date of the Production or Process Order. See screen shot attached.
We thought the LIS report MCPF Material Analysis was the solution but it is not. The P/A DelDev key figure compares the Production or Process Order's Basic End Date with the Actual Finish Date. As the Production or Process Order is forward rescheduled the Scheduled End Date and Basic End Dates move. We want to compare to the Planned Order end date which is frozen as soon as the planned order is converted to a Production or Process Order.
The Shop Floor reports COOIS and COOISPI do not offer the field Planned Order End date so that is not the solution either.
