In our recently implemented BPC 10.0 environment, using EPM 10 SP15, we are encountering an issue where users open an Input Template, then open a second non EPM Excel worksheet which has data that they want to copy and paste into their template. When they return to the input template, the Save Data button that was previously enabled is now disabled.
We cannot replicate this issue on every machine in our environment, nor can it be replicated in our Citrix environment. The evidence appears to point at this being a local workstation related issue, either with Excel or with other local properties. Just curious to know if anyone else has come across this same issue.
