LOV not displaying on BICS Connection

Hi, I am getting an issue of not being able to see a list of values when adding a prompt in WebI based on a BICS query connection. Has anybody encountered this issue? Even the button for refreshing LOV is greyed out.

Using BO 4 SP4 Patch 3.
