Hi AP,
"Document enter up to" date consider "Entry date" only not the posting date. If your debit memos entered after 01/31 and you are defining 01/31 as "Docs entered up to" then program will not capture entries which were entered with posting date prior to Jan 31 but the "entry date" is subsequent to this date.
In order to validate this you can change the "Docs entered up to" Feb 10 and you will notice proposal will show the documents which were entered after Jan 31 or you mentioned as missing.
Let me know... You would not have any option since this is the system required.
