Init for 0EC_PCA_3

Hi All,

I have been using 0EC_PCA_3 regular loads by running deltas from source system, recently have made some enhancements on datasource and to be reflected history data as well. Therefore decided to do Initialization but not sure whether users must be locked.

I have decided to do as follows. 

• 1.       Lock users & suspend job in ECC system to make sure there is no posting done.
• 2.       Clear 0EC_PCA_3 deltas by executing delta infopackage in BW system.
• 3.       Do selective deletion from existing Cube that needed history data e.g. 001.2013 to 001.2014.
• 4.       Perform initialization without data transfer for 0EC_PCA_3.
• 5.       Run full repair from 001.2013 to 001.2014.
• 6.       Unlock users and release jobs.

Please advice if above steps are not correct or any alternative to avoid downtime.
