Hi Jim,

By what you have mentioned, after creating IT0378 you are calling a dynamic action to populate Pension Date type in IT0041.

I would recommend having -

1. Custom Routine Program (Function) to perform the computation for arriving at the pension dates. You can write the complex logic to find out the next payroll period start date for Biweekly payroll and pass it to RP50D-DATE1 field.

Kindly look at the standard SAP documentation for Dynamic actions, this is more than helpful.

2. Alternatively, consider using User Exit ZXPADU01.
