Hi rishi thanks for the answer but i have configured it following the note and even the webdispatcher settings are correct and this url also works where irj/portal is maintained in default settings in http provider but somehow it goes blank sometimes the settings are blank and even the page is not redirected ....I dont know why it happens everything seems to be correctly configured.......
