ERP Upgrade TO EHP6 System appears to be in an unsound state

Hello all,

I am upgrsde ERP to ehp6 during the extraction phase at the end of the extraction phase I get this error:

ERROR: Your system appears to be in an unsound state. Correct the
following issues before you continue:
rslgsend Central Syslog Sender GRAY Stopped
igswd_mt GRAY Stopped.

When I run the following command I get this error .

sapcontrol -format script -nr 06 -function GetProcessList
