Hi Justice,
Try restarting the SAP Business One Client agent.
If restarting the client agent doesn't work you can try the following:
- Logon to control center https://<laptopNmae>:30010/ControlCenter or click the configure security button in the license manager settings
- Select your laptop from the server list and delete it
- Click the add button and enter the connection details for your laptop.
