First thing your delta PSA Requests not yet moved further.
Have you observed your screen shot, there 3 columns like R W M.
in that R column your all request have red mark. mean those request not yet loaded to further.
users are getting updated data on this data target 0CI_C03 when they do report??
Delta loads always need to be sync and need to update to target in time.
Request 24845 one wards all request shows as red? have you found the cause?
Repeat delta was not possible.
Repair full load is the only one option.
As already said on another post.
For LO data source, you need delete and refill the setup tables.
trigger repair full info pack with respective selections.
