Hi,

This search uses 'BuilContactAdvancedSearch' query object. So one thing you can do is just go Bol Browser (TC : GENIL_BOL_BROWSER ) and try to search the contacts with ID there and check what happens. If it search correctly there it means your query object is working fine.

And then try to debug the EH_ONSEARCH event of view 'BP_CONT_SEARCH/Search ' of component 'BP_CONT_SEARCH' and try to find where its getting stuck.

Also you can try to change session time out parameter in TC 'RZ11'.
