For schedule procedures in PAS, I suggest you take a look on this thread:

If you have a lot of procedures, you can create a main procedure that call the others, and put this one on the batch command line to be executed.

For moving the PAS model to QAS, you can execute a DUMP command from your model in PAS (DEV), and run a LOAD command in QAS (into Application Server Client).
