How is your payroll? It's standard or u have customized already? Please share your configuration in processing class 10 for wage type basic salary & PCR to calculate RTE for wt /801, /802, etc. Please check in Factoring and storage (after function GEN/8).
anyway I don't think SAP standard can support your complicated expectation
