Hi Paul, Thanks for the response. My client does not have the Access Control system at this moment. Currently they are maintaining the log in and log out timings in their legacy system manually. I believe if I suggest them to go for Negative Time Management then there will be no manually entering of log in and log out data in the sap system. If an employee is on leave then system will deduct from the salary. Please let me know if I am wrong.
