Hello Experts,
I have a requirement in which Employee if Works Extra time from Planned Hours it should be considered as Over time.
Next,for this Overtime hours,employee should be allowed to take Time off within X period.If EMployee doesnot take Timeoff in X period then this should be paid off.
We have designed like this in :
1. If Employees works extra hours compare to Planned Hours,the differenc will be stored as Overtime Hours in 2002 and also TIme in Lieu absence quota will get in Time Evaluation with Validity of X Period.
2. If X period is passed then absence quota will get paid via IT0416.
Please confirm if this solution will be the best or if any other possibility is there to make the above explained scenerio best in SAP.
